Hi This is Rocío from Spain. I dont know if I can help you or not but what i do know is that in Spain many families are frustating like you. The reason is that it has been a mistake in the addreses of the referals. English referals went to Spain and Spanish referals to England. what did they do with them? England and Spain sent them back to ¨China. Now families ( not all of them only some) are still waiting to get the referals.
