US Agencies are reporting they have just received referrals for their batches logged in on the 16th Feb! What the?!!! They've never just sent one day of files before... certainly not a week after they sent a big batch?!!! Who cares!!! People are seeing their babies - in particularly

Man, you're quick at changing your sidebar! However, you might need to change it back. I asked Shannon in her comment section if she heard if her agency is the only agency receiving referrals or if others are too. She thinks that her agency might have made a mistake on her LID, because her agency seems to be the only one receiving referrals. =(
